Brianna OKeefe Below was my original review....and while that review was true at the time it seem like they only care about NEW clients. I have been trying to get a hold of this branch for 2 months now with no answer back, I even went through the corporate office which sent a request for call back TWO WEEKS ago. Nothing. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they DO NOT CARE. I bet if I didnt make my payment they would care enough to call back. Getting the loan was quick and easy, everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast to work with. When I called with a question, they were so nice and got back to me the same day like they said. I would recommend them if you are in a difficult spot to try them out!

Ive had multiple gals help me and all of them are really kind, treat me like a real person and so helpful to my needs. The feel when you walk in is a great one too.

Brittany This location was able to help me troubleshoot and manually enter my paycheck when a number was torn off my stub. I was rudely turned away at the 1st Ave Seattle location and left without money over the weekend. These guys were super friendly and helpful!! Thank you so much!!

Matthew Allen Bryan Colman has been my finacial advisor with First Command for the past 9 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I’ve received from him throughout all these years. Busky Gogo Heritage Burlington branch stepped up and provided me with a small business loan where none of the 6 other banks I had visited gave me the time of day. I have since sold the business and paid off the loan in full but my experience with them for the 7 years we were in business was all positive. Being a first time business owner I had many questions and they were always very willing to answer them and guided me through the process all the way. I now use the Anacortes branch for personal use and have had good experiences with them as well.
