1 /5 Kinzie Degroot: The Marysville branch has horrible customer service. They are not accommodating and made things far more difficult than they needed to be. I later called the Everett branch who took the time to answer my questions and educate me on industry verbiage and were able to get me exactly what I was looking for.
I cannot speak to Homestreet bank as a whole but I would steer clear of the Marysville branch. I am a long time BECU client and cannot say enough good things if anyone is looking to switch to a credit union.
