1 /5 Adirek Bunyatipanon: Before I visited this branch, I saw bad review about staffs(tellers), today, I encountered by myself, the staff working so slow and asked too many questions even she already called the payer to verify and asked me for ID but still need to ask social security, phone number, etc. The teller rudely threw back my ID even I politely talk with her. I don’t know who is manager on this branch. Thank god !!! The young lady teller didn’t ask me my birth certificate for more verification.
Before giving me the cash, she asked me what kind of bills I want ? But after I told her that i needed some $1 and $5, the young lady teller asked the old lady teller if she had such bills, the old teller said no. It’s absolutely agreed how bad review from other customers on today 10/08/2024. I promised i won’t come back at Home Street Bank in this Marysville location and will tell friends and family members about this, don’t even think to be customer.
