Jasmine Minton I’m young and I found difficulty getting my first loan. I had gone to a few different credit unions and they told me that even though I make good money and have a good credit score, it would be hard for me to get the loan I wanted. Nelson at self help made my dreams possible and at a decent rate. The atmosphere was nice, so were the people. I definitely recommend this credit union for young people who are trying to start a strong credit line!

Stephen Ellis Probably the most beautiful and relaxing lobby I have seen in a bank. Staff are very nice. We had a problem/misunderstanding regarding automatic fees but after talking about it they made it right. I think most other banks would not have cared. Its nice to work with human beings.

Marisa Sherfield Laurie H. was phenomenal. She was so personable and extremely helpful. We had to switch accounts because ours was compromised and she made it easy and painless. We appreciated her customer service and expedience. She was understanding and very polite.
