Upon sitting down with John and discussing our needs - He not only gave us a way better insurance plan, he also saved us money. A few months later, several events with our son and we had to file a claim. The staff and John have always treated us with kindness and understanding, even while they took a hit. I have been with other insurance companies that would have dropped you as a client. This office continues to impress me with their professionalism, as well as their helpfulness and kindness.

John was able to review my policy, which has never truly been done and uncover issues within the policy that needed to be addressed. I ended up moving all of my insurance needs to John with lower deductibles and higher coverage amounts and still ended up paying less on premiums! I absolutely suggest working with John, because he is an agent who CARES!

I had started my home insurance with them as a high risk policy due to the shape of the property/home but they were very helpful in giving me all the information and requirements that were needed to get changed to a normal home policy. Once the changes were made on my property, John came right out and updated my policy right away. Carissa was very quick on getting me multiples quotes when I had to change car insurance companies this past week and was able to do a 12 month policy option which was a nice option that my prior insurance did not offer. Both John and Carissa have been very helpful and nice with every interaction Ive had with them. I would 10/10 recommend them for anyone looking for insurance.
