Dale Holpainen I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. Im like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didnt have to have it and I dont like having to pay for it. But its kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I cant get out of it. But since I cant I at least want it to be easy and taken care of when something happens and I need it. Thanks Toni for always being there and taking care of me. Dale

Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

WAYNE NELSON I thought all insurance was the same. I dont believe that anymore. I referred my 4 plex owning clients to Randy. He didnt just beat what they were paying, prior, he lowered their payments substantially while increasing their coverage. Should you be looking for insurance on your income property, Randy will give you the best price with the best coverage. Thus, with Randy, you get more than insurance, you get added income from the savings Randy will give you. No, all insurance is definitely not the same. It is definitely better with Randy Wesselius. Traci Steve has been my insurance agent for 23 years. His customer service is exceptional. I can ALWAYS reach him. Even if I call the office on a Sunday and leave a non urgent message, I often get a return call that day.
