Then a few months went by and i received a call and Katie stated she had re-ran our information and a ticket had dropped off and she was able to save us a significant amount. We were so happy with the personal attention! We also appreciate how responsive she is whenever we have questions or changes to make to our policy. We get our commercial insurance from Inland Northwest - were an Archaeology firm so a little atypical but Steve Florance and his crew figured out just what we needed. Several times a year we win a contract that requires an insurance certificate and Inland Northwest is always right on top of it - they send out the certificate within hours! Now thats good service!!
