Senna Casey I can’t even explain the ease of transition from a not-so-great insurance experience to Peyton & Carsen’s team. They have been absolutely amazing from dealing with some crazy claims, issues with prior insurance companies, and being available whenever I’ve needed them. If they aren’t available, you can expect them to get back to you ASAP. I’ve never once encountered an issue working with anyone on this team. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I really cannot recommend this team enough. It’d be an absolute mistake to not speak with them about your insurance needs. Having a Kia, I didn’t expect them to tell me anything different than any other agency, yet they went above and beyond and I ended up switching that day - and they took care of everything else from there. Jared Lange Paul and Sarah are amazing. Truly an agency that cares about people. A short story as to why. Due to relocation I had to change groups. My new agency failed to cancel my policies in a previous state and therefore I continued unknowingly to pay for them. I dont remember how everything transpired but someone reached out to PNI about my coverage though I was under another agency at this time. Instead of just ignoring it Sarah flat out fixed it. She got my money refunded and my policy changes taken care of. That is just 1 of the above and beyond things they did for me. If I ever move back to WA or CA they will be my first call.

Joel Vranna I have used MTC Insurance as the solution to my insurance needs for the last 25+ years. Mike Carney and his team always have time for my sometimes crazy questions and always has or will find the correct answer. He has as much if not more professionalism than anyone else in the business. Carney will not just look for your best rates, but the best coverage for that rate and always give you options. He is not the typical take it or leave it insurance agent. Mike will take it upon himself to find you a better policy when he notices that your rates are getting too high. Any other agent I have worked with only reacts to inquiries and complaints. Mike Carney has always been proactive in protecting your interest. I have shopped out his policies at different times only to find that he is still the best overall deal in the business.

Jennifer Waits Gue Sophie was absolutely the best rep I have spoken to at your organization. I was actually going to switch companies because it had become too expensive every month for both my vehicles. If I could give her a TEN STAR? I would have. She asked all the right questions, looked up all the answers to mine, and did everything she needed to to keep me with Allstate. Excellent customer service skills, friendly, listened, great personality. Youre lucky to have her on your team.

Marshall Read I notified my agent as soon as I was hit. They connected me to a claims specialist who gave me a list of preferred providers who could make repairs. The repair was made. I paid my deductible. No hassles, great service. 40 years with state farm and counting.
