1 /5 Tyler Jeffries: Honestly don’t bother with these guys. Communication is better with a nonverbal toddler. Anytime you need to do business with them they are not available. Like today, I went in at 3pm 2 hours before they close and to my surprise it’s locked and not one soul in the place. The coverage you get here is a joke. Look elsewhere.

The new location has better access & its better for Farmers agents to service us. it a beautiful renovation upgrade. all hes worked hard for. Its perfectly located, accessable to all. better parking. Gus does it from his heart so that he can service his people the best way he can.

1 /5 Madrid Darrin “Doughboyfresh”: Where do I start... I purchased business insurance from Gus because he was my neighbor and he was in the right place at the right time. Unfortunately when I needed to make a claim for theft at my grocery store, theft was not covered. I paid for insurance through this agency for 3 plus years and slept well thinking if anything bad happens I know I have Gus and Farmers, but like a bad dream I was never covered. I ended up paying $3000 out of pocket to pay for broken windows. We moved on from Gus because we were informed they would not insure us with our current layout of the store. Later Gus told me that farmers charged me a cancellation fee even though he clearly said Farmers would not insure me anymore. I did not pay because Farmers would not insure me anyways. Gus threatened to send a $43 fee to collections and It would hurt my "credit", I told him go ahead you hurt me enough whats one more thing. We could not recover financially from the theft and closed our doors forever. I recommend finding better insurance representatives because I was fooled.
