Larry Hall - State Farm Insurance Agent - Richland
Mark Scott I switched to Larry Hall and State Farm 20 years ago. I had a different insurance company and when I needed customer service they told me to figure things out for myself. I have never been to Larry Halls office (I live near Seattle) but Tawnee and Amber always treat me like they know me and State Farm has provided excellent coverage any time I have had any issues (car accidents or my car getting stolen). Whenever I call I find myself telling them how much I appreciate how helpful they are.

Ive used Allstate for car, home, and rental insurance, and feel like I am getting good coverage for reasonable prices. Honestly though, its the people that keep me with Allstate. They are always so friendly, return my calls quickly, and are sure to follow up later if needed. I feel like they actually care.
