5 /5 Mark Scott: I switched to Larry Hall and State Farm 20 years ago. I had a different insurance company and when I needed customer service they told me to figure things out for myself. I have never been to Larry Halls office (I live near Seattle) but Tawnee and Amber always treat me like they know me and State Farm has provided excellent coverage any time I have had any issues (car accidents or my car getting stolen). Whenever I call I find myself telling them how much I appreciate how helpful they are.

1 /5 Wendy Dunn: Never can get a hold of an anyone you always need to leave a message and they take days hours to call back if not days . My husband called on Thursday and needed assistance left a message and here we are five days later and still no one has called him back .
