5 /5 Lewis T: Friendly, professional service. Provided me with an insurance quote that was significantly less expensive than I was expecting and completed the order in under 10 minutes. When I realized I had made a mistake with the policy start date and called them the next day to see if that could be changed, they handled that situation adeptly as well.

1 /5 Matt Murphy: Terrible at record keeping. Our Mortgage Company sent in the premium check, which was subsequently cashed. Two weeks after the check was cashed we get a cancellation notice. We called the local office and they had no record of the payment and that we needed to provide them with the cancelled check in order to avoid cancellation. We produced the check. This was the second year this happened. They were pretty rude and very unhelpful. They took our money and then put all the burden of proof back on us.

1 /5 Mike: Have used this company for almost ten years and they have steadily gotten worse every year until I have had to switch! They have become so unprofessional that I cant believe they can survive. They never do what they say they are going to do. The put no effort into shopping new quotes to save you money! Takes weeks to get a return phone call! Terrible customer service! Good luck if you chose this company !!
