Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Perhaps thats how they treat their customers. Best Regards..

Tanya Hale is the agent that you want on your side when looking for insurance. She made sure that I got the best deal, and she easily explained everything to me while being patient with me for my questions.
