Nikki Flis Use Symetra as an agent. People I have spoken to in customer service are always very nice, but we can never get anything resolved. I keep getting the line, "We will call you back when problem is fixed." Two months later. . . Im still the only one making any phone calls so I can once again let someone know that my problem is not fixed.

Lori Randall I have a savings account at the Gesa credit union in Moses Lake. Opened the account about a year ago. I have never had a problem with them, and i find the staff very friendly and helpful. So far I think theyre a great credit union.
