1 /5 Kaban Dikiy: Negative 5 stars. Phone system is ridiculous at best. Been on the fone for 4 hours hung up on 3 times. No direct line to the branch. No words to describe the utter dissatisfaction with this "bank"

1 /5 Maleena Brimberry: The absolute worst banking facility I have ever used. We had fraud on our account multiple times and they refused to investigate it further than the pin being used. Even though it’s over 3 hours away and we have verification that we were here in town using our cards at the same time. Over $2,000 that they won’t give back to us regardless of the proof we have provided. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Every employee in there looks absolutely miserable and has no idea what they’re doing. Just doing the bare minimum to get you out of there.

4 /5 Lori Randall: I have a savings account at the Gesa credit union in Moses Lake. Opened the account about a year ago. I have never had a problem with them, and i find the staff very friendly and helpful. So far I think theyre a great credit union.

1 /5 Sarah Dubois: This is the worst credit union I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They find every reason to give you the run around, will hold your direct deposit for as long as they legally can. No better than a bank honestly in how they treat their members.

1 /5 Haley Marie: Everybody in the front lacks education on the products and services they offer. We have been told many lies numerous times about charges and fees. We have also noticed they constantly keep hiring new people we can’t get used to any Banker. We choose to go to Tri-Cities over the Moses Lake location when it comes to speaking with somebody in person regarding any situation. Used to be our favorite union we no longer use our account very often at this bank anymore! We choose to kept the majority of our money with another bank.
