5 /5 Kimberly Reed: I am in emergency housing in a motel my health is not ive been waiting for help with housing since november 27 2023 i lived in my car until i got so sick i was put in the icu and almost died. I was told today by my ccap worker there is not one housing program availiable for me through ccap program. Please is this true cause im reading differently here, or maybe im just not understanding.

1 /5 Jayden Stucky: My husband and I have been homeless for a couple of years now and Ive been struggling with Aggressive MS. I struggle getting to my Dr appointments let alone CCAP intake appointments every 2 weeks or so. Ive been told promises about getting my rent paid for and was told there was low funds. The only option Ive been told was to have a child and that will supposedly help with housing. I want a kid on my own time and I aint ready. Its been 3 years through CCAP, HUD, and HEN. CCAP runs on a point system. All I needed was some help so I can start being an adult and get a job in a stable living situation. Being homeless has been so scary I just need help. Thats what youre supposed to be there for. Truly disappointing trying to survive has been so difficult. Please get better with your communication with employees on what grants are what. Its been a maze of chaos with different people Everytime. Im sorry just honest opinion.
