1 /5 Victoria Reed: VERY POOR Customer service, they get you on a call, sell you services and false promises and never follow through. Not to mention they go weeks without answering emails, if they answer at all. I do NOT recommend using this firm. I have been a customer with them and NOT ONE TIME did they do what was promised. RUN AWAY!

1 /5 Karla Harlan: Well, I can not believe I am writing this as I have been with Hearthstone Group now, for many years, and with Mike who has always done a fantastic job. However, unknown to me, last years charge to me almost doubled. No, contact to inform me of this. Now, I see they have changed, and no longer have Mike working there, and seems have become another big company. Sad to say, I will be looking for another Firm to do my taxes.
