I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbias end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didnt call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay. Tyler Gooch I have come to find in all the years ive lived, out of every pen i have added to my substantially gargantuan pen collection, i recently came in to your wealth manegment center looking for a good pen and i happend to come acrosed your maroon pen with gold accents and i just have to say that i am blown away with the quality of the pen, not to mention the strength of the spring, seeming to get better with every click.
