5 /5 Mckenzie Walz: Best customer service ever. I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbias end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didnt call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay. Stunned, absolutely stunned and happy for such wonderful service, Tai thank you thank you thank you.

1 /5 Miss Stella: Ever since I opened an account with Umpqua bank in Renton, WA. I had gone to the branch during operating hours and they close one time at 11:00AM. Their excuse was because they were under staffed. But then I showed up another date at 2:00PM, again they closed. Then today I showed up at 1:00, they were closed because they had to go to lunch from 1:30-2:30. Then I came back. Still closed. I called the branch and was told another 40 minutes because the manager did not come back from lunch yet. So they can’t open. This bank is unreliable and seem to open and close as they please. I will be closing my account and move else where. This is unacceptable!

1 /5 Cosentino LLC: Are you kidding me...?? I call this branch at 9:08 a.m. and it rolls me directly over to some smooth jazz on hold music. It doesnt ring, no body answers, no answering mechanism to let me know Ive even reached Columbia Bank, just smooth jazz. So now Ive been on eternal smooth jazz hold for over 10 mins., with to confirmation that Ive even reached my bank! Unbelievable!!!
