I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbias end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didnt call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay.
