He really wanted to make sure it was the right choice for me and even ended up paying me full spot price for some of the rounds. He also rounded up the amount paid to an even number. Paula Owens Onix is the hidden gem in the Anderson Shopping Center. I wish Id known about them sooner! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry in their display cases! The main reason I needed to go in was a pair of earrings that I own: I couldnt read the purity mark on them with my failing vision. I felt like I was going to be a waste of time, but the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel that way at all. He was so kind! He read the stamp for me without hesitation. I had also brought in a ring that meant a great deal to me. The stone had come out, and I hadnt been able to wear it in years. He took my ring and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and hardly charged me anything. I am so glad I found Onix, and I recommend them to you without any reservations! This place stands out and shines.

River Collins I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Thank you again for being so generous, it is something I will never forget.

Even though they both had lots of work to get done, because we were there in person, they prioritized us. They were welcoming, informative, efficient, and affordable.
