I brought a watch in that another store couldn’t get the back off and I think 6 or 7 more repairs that were minor but they did a great job and didn’t treat me like the minor repairs weren’t worth their time. Better than anywhere else.

Staff was patient and thoughtful in helping me look for something. Dani specifically helped me find the one. James Hands down the best pawn shop in the area! The crew at Top Tier Pawn are not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly reasonable and knowledgeable. Dior Phillips Called 30 minutes after they opened to schedule a piercing and I came in an hour later and within 20 minutes I was walking out extremely satisfied and happy with my experience. I had Ember as my piercer and they did an amazing job on my vertical labret. The entire piercing time was super quick and very professional. The placements they did were perfect and I felt very comfortable for my first time there. Adding on, I even felt very accommodated for, cared for, and respected with my decisions for my piercings by actually just everyone there. It was all in all a very amazing experience, and I definitely will be coming back in the future!

Travis Lambert I typically buy gold and dont really sell but I found myself needing a little extra cash. I checked around but I ended up landing at Northwest Gold and Diamond. Mark met me at the door to greet me, was clear and quick, and most importantly, he gave me a more than fair price for my gold. He was also very descreet when another client showed up while we were still doing business. Mark also followed up with a call I had made to the shop before I arrived as he thought he missed another possible customer. He gave me great service and I would reccommend this company to anyone looking to get great service and a great price for your gold!
