Daniel Connelly I SO wish I had chosen this company for my collection needs. I used another company over a year ago and have had nothing but delays, inconsistencies, errors, and lack of communication. I am not a customer who is emailing every week, but emailing back according to their request, and I am not even getting a reply at this point and have to call to talk to someone. However, I emailed Fast and Fair Collection Solutions for guidance and they replied FAST and with knowledge on my situation and honesty about their skillset. If I am not able to get my current garnishment company to work, I will contact Fast and Fair Collection Solutions!

I called to customer service and tried to reactivate the card but they couldn’t do anything over the phone. So I went to this office and Rakia solved the problem without waiting time.
