Nancy Sargent-Johnson Employees are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. It is also greatly appreciated that local STCU staff individually support our community by attending fundraisers and volunteering for local nonprofit organizations.

Joyce & Lee Our son has not received a monthly financial statement from CFS who pays his bills on a monthly basis. This missing paperwork could cause my sons housing grant to be terminated. It is my understanding the Social Security Administration requires Protective Payee Organizations to provide monthly payment information to their clients.

Brianna OKeefe Below was my original review....and while that review was true at the time it seem like they only care about NEW clients. I have been trying to get a hold of this branch for 2 months now with no answer back, I even went through the corporate office which sent a request for call back TWO WEEKS ago. Nothing. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they DO NOT CARE. I bet if I didnt make my payment they would care enough to call back. Getting the loan was quick and easy, everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast to work with. When I called with a question, they were so nice and got back to me the same day like they said. I would recommend them if you are in a difficult spot to try them out!

Porsche Washington Kelli and Bri are like family to my husband Ron and I. I have gone through some rough times with car lots ripping me off and not being honest, but with these WONDERFUL ladies no matter how bad the situation looks they fix it and make things right for you. Kelli works hard to make sure you are comfortable with payments and she’s so easy to work with. She is so nice and patient. Sometimes I just call or stop by to say hello to these ladies. I absolutely LOVE this bank. I’ve been with them since 2019. I had ZERO credit, but now I’m way up there because of this bank and feeling really good about it. If you want to be at a bank where you are treated respectfully and given a chance to soar like me, AMERICAN LAKE CREDIT UNION is where it’s at.These wonderful ladies are at the Lakewood location. I live all the way on the other side of Tacoma but I still want to go there. Best Credit Union ever!!!!
