Jr Vega Worst customer service and the rudest. I was never getting any bills sent to my house or email and they have no regard for people. I was unaware I had a debt to pay and I understand that it has to be oayed I am more than willing to take care of my debt. I am and single father of a 7yr old no help from anyone at all and now thnks to them not willing to work with me on a payment plan I am on the brink of having my lights and gas shut off. So I have tondecide wether to food on the table for my 7yr old or pay bills amd stupid SB&C. They garnish my checks 500 a month and dont care how it effects me or my family. Worst company ever they need to go out of business ..
Kirsten Otterness I have been with WSECU for a long time (20 years I think?). There was only one time I had an issue, it was resolved, and have been great since. I especially wanted to shout out to the lady that helped me yesterday 5/4/25 (I wish I knew her name). Fantastic job, professional, polite, patient, helpful, the list goes on. All the emoloyees ive worked with through the years have been great, but she was awesome!
Khloé Rose I’ve been coming to this bank regularly over the past few months, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff has consistently been friendly and efficient in helping my husband and me with everything we’ve needed.
Chanley, in particular, stands out for her exceptional customer service. She’s incredibly personable and approachable, which has made our visits to the bank not only less stressful but surprisingly enjoyable—more fun than I ever thought possible at a financial institution!
