1 /5 Linda Johnson: PSA please beware if dealing with V.N.Jewelry on N Frazier St, Conroe, Tx. I took my watch in for a new battery. The 2 ladies quickly replaced the battery but when she handed the watch back to me I noticed the date was wrong. I pulled the stem to reset and the crown fell off in my hand!! Mind you I’ve been wearing this watch for 16 years. I’m very versed in how it works. The lady said, “You broke it!!” Excuse me?? You didn’t set it after replacing the battery! She argued a bit and said I should leave it for the jeweler to repair it. I return to pick up my watch. Again the date was wrong. I pulled the stem again and the crown broke off in my hand, AGAIN!! Now, I’m very upset!! She said, we replaced the crown at our cost! (Since they broke it to begin with!). I refused to leave the watch again. Now, to a reputable watch repair company, I paid an additional $50. for a properly replaced crown and it was correctly set!

5 /5 Raynee Xing: Owner was very friendly and fixed my broken necklace chain for $20 (cheapest quote by far Ive received). You can barely tell where the repair was made and he did it in less than 10 minutes. Will be coming back with future repairs if necessary.

Recently I brought in my grandfathers early 1900s vintage lionhead ring that had been missing a diamond eye for years. He was able to replace it flawlessly and extremely cost-effectively! If you have jewelry repairs sitting around your house I highly recommend you take them to him!!!
