5 /5 Casey Fabela: Great customer service! Wesley Heitzman is our agent and we had our life policies with him for years. We have just gotten home and car insurance through him and he was quick and easy to deal with. Farm Bureau was actually able to compete with other home insurance companies and gave us a great price with great coverage.

5 /5 Paul Leinhos: We live in Lantana and the entire subdivision was hit hard by the March 2024 hailstorm. I contacted the Texas Farm Bureau office the day after the hailstorm and Jake Janek(the adjuster who was assigned to our claim)came out a few days later and made a thorough inspection of the roof and other damaged items. Jake was awesome and very detail oriented. Texas Farm Bureau covered the roof, pergola cover, fence, garage doors, metal roof and gutters. The hailstorm occurred on March 14 and we received our first check on March 20. Our final supplement check was received on April 18 . It may seem like a cliche but the service from Texas Farm Bureau was fast and fair. A big shout out also goes to Fritzi Francis for giving us an excellent homeowners insurance policy. Thank you for your great service.

1 /5 depravityofman: After I talked to one of there female agent. She quoted me a price on rental insurance in her office. I agreed it was a fare amount. But she said it had to be approved first. She said she give me a call in two days by Friday. No call, no call on Monday. I called twice and left voicemail. Still no reply. I called again and was told she’s on the line with someone else. I stop by their office that day. And one of the employees went to her office. And said she must have stepped out of her office. Three time she had avoided me. If this place doesn’t want to do business with me? Just tell me and stop wasting my time. I can’t remember but I think her name was Fritizi Francis. Don’t waste your time with slackers.

5 /5 b wynn: I’ve got both of my families cars as well as our house and life insurance i with TXFB. We’ve worked with Wesley for all of it and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Always professional, and went out of his way to make our lives easier when it came to signing docs/answering all of our questions. HIGHLY recommend!
