Ive sent 2 emails requesting a call back and have not received anything from his office. I cant imagine what I would have to do to reach Mr Arrieta had I needed help with a claim. I never had any issues when Ron Montgomery was the agent. Ive been with Allstate for decades and am very happy with the coverage and assistance Ive received in the past. Looks like Im changing agents.
