Justin Gearhart Been with Matt for almost 30 years. He and especially his staff are almost like family members. Always great service in a timely manner when it’s needed most. It’s good to know in this day and age that there are people out there you can still count on. That means a lot to me. If you use Matt or are thinking of becoming a customer ask for Jennifer Ballard she’s wonderful. Kudos to Matt for choosing not only a great staff but fantastic people.

Francisco Palacios Told me I had a $500 deductible because I had a lien holder. Did not tell me that the bank would have to file a claim if I got in a accident. Told me if I file a claim it would be a $2000. Smh bad business practice. It was not explained to me this way when I signed up. Now I have to look for new insurance.

Pallie H. This was my first time getting car insurance and leaving my dad’s policy. Now i did a bunch of quotes for insurance companies and Rosie gave me the best rate I could find! We spoke on the phone about my customized insurance plan and she made sure to make me aware of every possible discount I qualified for. She made an experience that typically isn’t enjoyable, enjoyable. She made me feel comfortable and was extremely funny! I’m really glad I chose state farm and that Rosie was extremely helpful to me throughout this whole process, she even explained thoroughly what each thing added onto my policy will do for me.
