When I was connected to Joselyn I was already frustrated from spending a lot of time on hold with my previous insurance company and then treated like garbage by the representative in India. Joselyn was completely the opposite of what I got done experienced with my old company. She had a wonderful personality and great customer service! She listed to me and explained everything thoroughly better yet she much to my surprise quoted me literally half of what my old insurance company wanted from me every month! From now on I will insist on working with her. Its really nice to speak to someone in America instead of someone half a world away who isnt listening and doesnt care if you are taken care of or not.
