Kerri Dawn Jones Iven using my Fred Loya since I was 18 years old. The Amarillo branch is home for me. Now living here in Midland I use the office on Andrews Hwy. Jen and her co-workers have been so good to me. Last year when I couldnt afford them and lost my car they extended my quote for me for 10 days to be able to cancel it so I would get into debt with them, giving me the opportunity to renew when I got back in my feet. Daniel H. 2025 edit: I called yesterday 6/16/2025 the day after Father’s Day to file a claim and nobody answered. I called a few more times throughout the day and no answer. I was wondering while I’m steady working, did Dane let his employees off after Father’s Day? So I called today and learned that he did. That solidified to me that I’m giving the RIGHT people my business! My claim can wait a day, do right by your people! Well done sir! I was a customer of Dane Macklemore when I lived in Paris years ago, after moving to Dallas and dealing with a few other agents, I asked State Farm to move me back to be a customer of Dane Macklemore. I am a car enthusiast, and as a result, I end up communicating a lot with my insurance agent. The agents here, Chris and Tammy, are always a pleasure to deal with and understanding of my exact needs. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone! Thanks guys.

Geo-T22 Pav I need you to stop by AAA in order to pick up an international Drivers license. They carry them here, and at most member service centers, and the license is good for one year. Just know that pricing for the license varies depending on whether youre a member or not and the types of vehicles you indicate that you will be driving. I was greeted by Ashley at the front counter, and she was very helpful. I had my picture taken for the Drivers license and had to fill out some paperwork. Other than that, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and paid the requested fee. I cannot say enough about how helpful the entire staff was on this visit. I also hope that should you decide to visit this location and business Thats your experience is as good as mine.
