I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time. John Coffey Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.
