Im new to treating myself to jewelry at a higher price point, and theyre always there to answer any questions I have. I recently bought a bracelet for black friday, and on the same day I noticed there was a slight defect. Went back 20 minutes later and had no issues with another associate helping me make an exchange, overall they provide a pleasant experience every time I make a pandora purchase!

1 /5 Baazel Brooks: I don’t usually write reviews but this is the worst experience I have encounter by far I have a cubin link bracelet that I brought in to return because the links keep locking up I had my receipt as well as my warranty I haven’t even have the bracelet a whole month she refuse to take it back saying oh the color change I’m like ma’am how my 30 days not up till the 27th she takes the bracelet and tries to get the links unstuck just for it to break then tells me oh look you broke it and to call customer service! She needs to be fired she is rude and very unprofessional and this is the manager I am speaking about

5 /5 Michelle Phillips: Great buying experience thanks to Toneil - she was so professional and friendly. My daughter got a beautiful tennis bracelet for herself and a nice charm to add to the Free bangle bracelet she is giving to her BFF. Toneil even cleaned our current rings. Definitely ask for her when you’re at this location.
