We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Paul D My wife purchased me a seiko watch online which I first took to 2 other jewelry stores to have the watch band adjusted to my size one of which broke the pins holding the band together. I then went to Paramount Jewelers around closing time and their manager and watch repair specialist had to back to me the very next day adjusted to my size free of charge. Will definitely be using Paramount in the future for any of my jewelry needs.
