1 /5 Aj Armendariz: Stay away from these crooks especially Ricardo. Takes your money, adds people to your insurance without any authorizations or being aware of it. Worst customer service I’ve had, guy doesn’t know how to communicate. Definitely reporting them to BBB

1 /5 El mas chingon: I switched between insurance company the Agency said it was all good and I was all set up with new one when they never did the change, plain lie to customers with no remorse or customer care, also caused me to go 7 days without insurance and after me messaging and calling I finally got an answer 7 days later

I believe her name is Alejandra, she has the most disgusting and snobby attitude, acting almost like as if she owned the place. Absolutely horrible service, why work there if you clearly don’t even want to be there?! She needs to take a class on customer service ASAP because her attitude won’t get her far in life. What kind of place allows their employees to treat their customers so rudely? 0 out of 5 stars!!!

1 /5 Richard Addison: Weekday hours are 9am to 6pm. Im here at 10:20am, and the doors are locked, and no one picks up the phone. My policy was canceled without notice, and I cant even get in contact with them.
