5 /5 Marcus Kirksey: As not only a first time home buyer, but also someone that was buying a home in Dallas while still living in Boston, finding the right team to work with was imperative. We simply couldn’t have found a better person to work with than Tina. She went out of her way to do virtual tours with us, going back to properties more than once when we had additional questions and even drawing layouts for us to help give us a better feel for the flow of a house. Tina was a straight shooter and told us the good and the bad of the properties we looked at which was so comforting since we couldn’t be there in person. 5 /5 Brandon Rodriguez: As first time home buyers, we were pretty overwhelmed with the idea of buying a house and all of the questions that came with it. On top of that we were looking to buy a house in a different city from where we were located, and both worked during the week. This made house hunting and communication limited to weekends and texts/emails during the work week. The Ensinia team did an amazing job communicating and creating time for us that fit around our schedule. All of our questions were answered promptly and even our last minute requests were arranged with what seemed to be no hassle. Having Jim there to also help with selecting home owners insurance was a great peace of mind as well, making this transition into home ownership extremely positive and easy.
