1 /5 Mayra Reyes: I went to get a quote to this insurance office. While I was waiting to get my quote, one of the representatives there, answer the call on speaker while I’m sitting in the office. The customer proceeded to tell her that she wanted to make a payment while she still on speaker. The agent proceeded to ask her for her credit card information. Well, everyone in the office can hear her personal information. The lack of Professionalism in that office amazes me. I stopped the representative that was assisting me on getting a quote and I walked out of the office and I told her that the professionalism in that office is crazy and how was that representative allowed to keep that person on speaker while she’s giving out her credit card information. I would never do business with this office and I’ll make sure my family and friends don’t either worst experience ever.
