Ricky Liang Ive been a customer for the last 10 years. The reason I stay is due to the friendly and attentive staff.

Tesla James It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.

Diana Mills Brian Purtle and his staff are the best! They are eager to help and guide you through the insurance process. Best part they always answer their phone and don’t put you on hold forever. They are knowledgeable and patient to answer any questions.

Robert Janysek Great!!!! Excellent claim service!!!! Theyre not just an insurance company. Go sign up to be a member of the Farm Bureau Organization wherever your closest office is. They provide excellent benefits and discounts on, i.e. Ford vehicles and ANY John Deere equipment. They also, as a lobbying organization , fight for everything agricultural. Theyve always helped get many things pushed through like farm to market roads, agricultural tax exemptions , and currently they are fighting for fair market values that "eminent dormain" practices are trying to take away. Go there soon.

We came in she was alone and had a full office she managed to take care of everyone promptly, professionally, and in a most kindly manner. I did not mind the wait cause she always goes above and beyond to get me the best price and she worked with me on starting it cause I was on a tight budget. Will not go anywhere else but with HER!!!

silly grandpa I just recently switched insurance companies. I contacted Aaron and he was very professional and efficient in assisting me on getting home, car and umbrella insurance.
