1 /5 Mohammad: All the reviews are lies. I had insurance with them 5-6 years ago and they used to be affordable. Now they have stuck up front clerks that pick up the phone, rude agents that do not know how to answer questions, they get mad if I ask too many complex questions because I guess it makes them work and they do not want too. THE WORST PART IS THEY CHARGE $500+ fee for wanting to create a new policy and then you still have to pay your monthly installment. I can assure you, this company is on the verge of bankruptcy because NO INSURANCE PROVIDER ASKS for an INSANE fee. I understand if it was reasonable like $100-200 but they are looking for a Christmas/thanksgiving bonus early, and that is not right!
