Joseph Reed George and his team were great ! Initially I made contact with Mr. Lieck , who introduced me to Amanda. She gave me quotes on Car and Home insurance the same day. Saved me $90/month on Car insurance and $800/ year on home insurance. But the real kicker is I’m getting more coverage on both policies for less! Seth Elsenbrook tried to use a broker to get commercial insurance. process was slow and painstaking (multiple follow ups / no activity): he eventually routed me to a different branch of state farm that was unresponsive. i called Kyle Angelle branch got connected to Carlee. She took my call right before 5pm, got me a quote and finalized everything by 10am the next day. Incredible customer service with both speed / efficiency. Huge relief, and this was solely because Carlee drove the process. fyi also use for personal insurance needs and have no issues, all around a great team
