I was on progressive for more than three years, they quoted me a lower amount, and I swiched to statefarm. 15 days later they doubled my premium amount and moreover there was no communication about this as I found out this thtough the app. Basically I felt like they lured me on false promises. Calvin and others did not respond to any of my messages. Even when I called them they said they will get back to me but never got back.
