5 /5 Mike: Monica wrote our car insurance and had us on our way in about 30 minutes or less. The price was good. She is excellent. I have known Tommy since the 90s. Both are great to deal with. You wont go wrong with Salem Insurance.

1 /5 Nicholas Gardiner: Terrible experience. the agent doesnt actually know what the policy he is writing covers. we have been with Salem for 2 years with a commercial policy. I recently made a claim for an issue that happened onsite. I had to find out from our underwriter that the issue isnt covered, and they cant reach our agent. after reaching out to Salem insurance. I was told they didnt know, and we need to get an attorney...... needless to say they are not out for the best interest of the customer and when the going gets tough on a policy they wrote and advised on fails they will leave you hanging.

1 /5 Sarah McDaniel: Male agent...was very rude and not helpful at all. Very poor communication skills. Very unprofessional!!! He raised his voice to me when i asked him to repeat his question i was unclear on. I had spoken with Becka previously and she was very nice and helpful.
