karl ford I contacted Globe Life because Medicare in all its wisdom and power over me wants to know how much MONEY I could have if I withdrew from my babys life insurance policy. They want a statement telling them the $$$ value of this policy, Your staff member was very helpful , kind and knowledgeable in this request. However dealing with your computer generated assistance voice thing was very frustrating. I kept trying with different choices only to get confused and hung up on twice. It would finally ask if I wished to speak with someone just stay on the line......so I did ..... It responded something about wrong choice and hung up.................
