Ivan Francetic I visited this organization seeking an auto insurance quote, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. The representative provided a quote of $754.00 without disclosing that the actual policy cost was $554.00, with an additional $200 labeled as a service fee. Subsequently, I discovered two charges on my account: one from Progressive and another for $200 from Y Martinez Agency. Upon questioning the agent, she maintained a stoic demeanor and expressed helplessness. Seeking resolution, I spoke with the owner, Jose Raymudo, explaining that I was unaware of the $200 service fee for a brief ten-minute service. Regrettably, he was uncooperative and declined to refund the money. Had I known about the substantial fee upfront, I would have opted to contact Progressive directly. I caution others to avoid dealing with your organization to prevent falling victim to hidden charges. Obtaining quotes over the phone or from alternative sources seems a more transparent option. It is disheartening to see Progressive insurance associated with such questionable practices.
