1 /5 Melaine Sanchez: I signed up for insurance and it was fine for the first 6 months. After that I was told I need to go in and renew my policy and pay a renewal fee along with 1st month. Lucia set me up with month to month insurance, instead of a 6 month policy. I was unaware of this until I left the office and looked at the paperwork. Here we are a month later and I am being told I will have to pay another renewal fee today and every month to keep the insurance. I am disgusted by this and believe I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and the department of insurance as well as the attorney general.

1 /5 Elizabeth Cover: My daughter hit a deer last night. She tried for almost 3 hours to arrange roadside assistance which was a complete joke. Pronto insisted that she obtain a police report. More time elapsed because we had to contact the sheriffs office to make a report about the deer. Still couldnt get a wrecker requested. I told my daughter that we would leave the vehicle there and address it in the morning. The Sheriff called this morning to let us know that someone has, now, driven into the vehicle and totaled it. Had customer service provided the roadside assistance that we paid for, in the first place, I would not be in this situation. Horrible customer service, horrible coverage conditions. Spend a little extra to get insurance with another company. DO NOT give these people your money! Consulting legal counsel.

1 /5 valerie states: In Sept. 2018 husband went into store #pr170 and requested to change our Auto policy to "FULL Coverage" our payment just about doubled and their camera wasnt working so store mgr. Valerie gave me a cell # to take pictures of our vehicle and send to her since we NOW HAD FULL COVERAGE ! We even received a letter in the mail stating changes in our policy, now that we were involved in a hit and run they (Pronto) now they tell us we DIDNT have personal injury or uninsured motorists.....In my mind FULL COVERAGE IN EVERYTHING COVERED.... Right its maddening.

1 /5 Raul Castillo: I renewed my policy every 6 months before I renewed asked that my daughter will getting her drivers permit will I be able to add her to policy they said yes asked them in same month 4 days later they dont allowed drivers permit on policy after paying $361 for the six month only getting $180 after canceling for them giving wrong information insurers barware shaddy insurance co.
