She provided me with a number to text, she emailed me the confirmation of the policy cancellation; after I textd it. Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now Im reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsibility, doesnt want to give me a rental car and after 2 months finally called me back amd said since I went through my insurance that he couldnt help me ( its been over 2 months) and you just called me! I left messages for him ( claims adjuster ) and his boss! Took screen shots where I was left several times on hold for over hours each time.
