karl ford I contacted Globe Life because Medicare in all its wisdom and power over me wants to know how much MONEY I could have if I withdrew from my babys life insurance policy. They want a statement telling them the $$$ value of this policy, Your staff member was very helpful , kind and knowledgeable in this request. However dealing with your computer generated assistance voice thing was very frustrating. I kept trying with different choices only to get confused and hung up on twice. It would finally ask if I wished to speak with someone just stay on the line......so I did ..... It responded something about wrong choice and hung up.................

Adam Staff member Amanda Bush, she was helpful when I was have problems with my last insurance company, as they didn’t take the time to fully support my financial situation. Since switching to this insurance company I couldn’t have been more happier. She has extraordinary hospitality and great communication skills when it comes to problem solving. Great communication when speaking to the people , she is an amazing asset.

Sarah Padilla I am NOT a customer of Nationwide nor will I ever be after the experience I am having with them. I was hit from behind by one of their commercial customers. I have had nothing but trouble with them. They are rude! I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a rental care to get to work. I thought that was the hard part.... nope, now they want me to got down to the wrecker and pay up front the $437 to get my car to the repair shop and they say they will reimburse me the fee ( I do not have faith at this point that that will happen!) This is absolutely the worst insurance experience ever! If I could give no stars I would!!
