erik ardoin Called needing a renters policy for a house we are leasing. Spoke with Sheila in their office and had a quote back within an hour. She was very friendly and efficient, we were able to bind the policy within a couple of hours from my initial phone call.

Francisco Palacios Told me I had a $500 deductible because I had a lien holder. Did not tell me that the bank would have to file a claim if I got in a accident. Told me if I file a claim it would be a $2000. Smh bad business practice. It was not explained to me this way when I signed up. Now I have to look for new insurance.
