Ive heard so many complaints from various people about insurance in general, but having dealt with a few poor companies in person, I can guarantee that the Tommy Potts crew are nothing like that. They are extremely helpful and even bend over backwards to make sure they help you as best as they can. Some people just dont understand how the agents have rules they must follow and cant give things away for free. As long as you take the time to actually sit down and talk with someone about what you are looking for, or what you are needing (in a calm manner without copping an attitude or passing the blame off your own shoulders), then 9 times out of 10 they will be able to help you. That is how the Tommy Potts crew works. If there is a way to help you, they do it. Next time I shop insurance, I will start with them, yet again.
