Rebecca Brumfield Andrew Chance took such great care of my notary needs today at this location. I had to file to dissolve a business back in Louisiana and he helped me get all the info correct and updated with the necessary notary stamp needed before mailing off the documents. I was in and out in 10-15mins since no one was in line. All the other reps were super quick at accommodating their members’ needs. Great job, and thank you for the mindful conversation, Andrew. Michelle Garza Great customer service, Mr Mario Ramos made me feel extremely welcome and was walked through the various policies that would be to my benefit; the Farmers insurance location in McAllen explained policies in detail and gave me beneficial time to think it through and make a decision on choosing one. Super helpful and was even briefed on other insurance policies that could be taken into consideration for the future.
