1 /5 Allison Monroe: On April 23, 2025, we were involved in a serious car accident that resulted in two totaled vehicles. To our shock, we discovered that the Mike Crise Agency had canceled our three-car insurance policy without any prior notification. We had received confirmation that our payment was successful and had even printed our insurance cards directly from our account.
When we called to file a claim, we were informed that our policy had been canceled — again, with no notice, no email, no phone call, nothing. Now, we are left to pay out of pocket for two totaled vehicles due to the agency’s complete lack of communication and oversight.
The Mike Crise Agency has taken no responsibility for their negligence or failure to notify us of this cancellation. This has caused us severe financial hardship and emotional distress, all of which could have been avoided if they had simply followed basic procedures.
We urge others to be cautious when dealing with this agency. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have had devastating consequences for our family.
