1 /5 Tim Acklen: I was hesitant to leave a review, but after countless attempts to resolve insurance issues, both by email and direct phone calls. Yates & Associates has been unresponsive, in fact neglectful in every way. They were always very helpful and accommodating, up until I closed my business and needed to cancel my policies. From that point forward, they acted as if I didnt exist and FAILED to follow through with cancelling my policies. Ive been going in circles with providers getting things cancelled on my own. I definitely will NEVER utilize their services again, so please be very mindful before trusting them with your insurance needs.

5 /5 Dan Akin: My wife and I have been insured (home, auto, umbrella) by Yates & Associates for more than 10 years and have been very happy with the insurance coverage but just importantly with their great customer service. They always get back with us promptly with any questions or concerns we might have. Overall a great customer experience each and every time!

1 /5 Alexander Lopez: Extremely difficult to get a hold of! Unless of course you’re a new customer. They kept charging me even after we canceled! I emailed Rodda Yates and she kept emailing back with other numbers to contact, which they never answered either! Ridiculous. How are y’all even in business.

5 /5 Kent Robles: Fran was amazing! She worked with me to find the best auto insurance for an awesome price. She would periodically call me and check in with me which was great because all the other insurance agencies I’ve ever dealt with have never done that. Would highly recommend working with them!
