Reba Adams Myself and my family have been doing business with this company for I guess close to 40 years. They have always treated us like family! They make everything so easy with very quick responses, no matter what the situation. They are so loyal, honest and caring. When my Son passed away recently, Sophia became my Guardian Angel! I could not have taken care of things without her heartfelt help! If I could give 10 stars or more to Mike and all of his staff, I sure would! This has been the BEST company to work with for all of my adult life!

Cj AA Alex, Taylor and Yazmin are phenomenal! We needed help on a Friday afternoon , after another agency dropped the ball. They were quick, efficient and experts. I worked in insurance for years , and they knew their stuff. small family feel but the expertise of a big shop. Hands down recommend! I fully trust them to handle our coverage.

Tesla James It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.

Wilma Dean We were introduced to this Agent via a friend. We had been experiencing astronomical price hikes with our Agent in Dallas year after year and they were unwilling to help us shop for better options. After spending an hour with Ross on the phone he identified policies for our home, our rental properties and cars that was not only better and the coverage far superior to what we had - he saved us $8K!! This was absolutely shocking to us having overpaid for years with another Agent who was not interested in our business! What a great experience we have had with Ross!
