3 /5 Marcus Greene: Jenna Williams, the Office Manager is the worst customer service affiliate that the Jeremy Hooter has. She was extremely rude, overtalked me, and proceeded to tell me that I was not telling the truth. She placed me on hold and left me there. When I called back ....4 times, she refused to answer the phone. When I called a 5th time, Sarah Renovato answered the phone and was able to help me and I had zero complaints for remainder of my interaction.
I called to request a proof of insurance from a previous policy I had with Jeremy Hooter. I had spoken with the agency and with corporate multiple times. My coverage with Jeremy Hooter was amazing. No issues with the insurance. But Jenna and her lack of customer service and managerial oversight put a stain on that experience. I would advise Jeremy Hooter agency to keep her off the phones and away from customers until she can be remediated or seek therapy. Better yet, fire her. Looking at previous reviews from other customers, I see that I am not the only one who has had this sad of an experience with the agency because of her lack of customer service and home training.
Sarah Renovato, however, was amazing! She came in and saved the day. if you are looking for someone to speak to with this agency, Sarah is wonderful and I would highly recommend. Solution oriented and kind. I thank her.
