Neldia sat down and explained in detail all the options we had for Medicare, Supplement plans and Advantage plans. She took her time and we never felt rushed during the whole visit. When I called Karina today, she was like a breath of fresh air lemme tell ya. I explained my situation and she answered with empathy and immediately offered help and support.
