karl ford I contacted Globe Life because Medicare in all its wisdom and power over me wants to know how much MONEY I could have if I withdrew from my babys life insurance policy. They want a statement telling them the $$$ value of this policy, Your staff member was very helpful , kind and knowledgeable in this request. However dealing with your computer generated assistance voice thing was very frustrating. I kept trying with different choices only to get confused and hung up on twice. It would finally ask if I wished to speak with someone just stay on the line......so I did ..... It responded something about wrong choice and hung up.................

A customer called Aaron (our helper today) while helping us, and since we were here first, Aaron told the customer on call to "hold please"! This is some service other places should take a look at! My policy always gives the agents trouble since I have been with the company for so long, but Denise and the other agent (sorry I forgot her name) were so helpful and patient. I was their first customer and they even offered me breakfast with homemade flour tortillas! Who does that?! Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me, not their fault, but the service was excellent and they were so friendly!
